Yes, after MBBS (in 2000) I started gaining weight after my marriage. My wife had gained weight during our child birth. I was 15 kgs excess and she was 20 kgs. She had typical more of belly fat – post pregnancy. After studying Nutrition and Diabetes, I started on my own diet. I was my first patient, and my wife as second patient.

WE BOTH LOST WEIGHT AND THEN I STARTED MY PRACTICE.18 years passed, we have treated more than 18000 patients. The highest weight loss achieved by one of our patient was 70 kgs in 20 months. Around 5000 Women have lost 20 kgs weight, 7000 have lost 10 kgs weight. Significant number of people have come for even weight gain.
