How to ask

In the DQ Kira app:

1. Open the menu.
2. Tap About DQ Kira.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Or on WhatsApp: write "Please delete my DietQueen account and data" from the mobile number you registered with, to DQ Kira on WhatsApp at +91 96973 14314.

What happens next

• We delete your account and your data within 30 days of your request.
• We confirm on WhatsApp when it is done.
• Your DietQueen WhatsApp diet plan and any membership end with it.
• This cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, mobile number, age, height and health details.
• Your diet plans, weight and waist records, walks and food records.
• Your questions and conversations with DQ Kira, in the app and on WhatsApp.

Payment records may be kept where the law requires us to keep them (for example, tax invoices). Nothing else is kept.
